"The hotel is clean and has an excellent location. This was my second time staying here and prior to arrival asked if I could have the same room I had 7 months previously. The request was granted, the only negative I had on this occasion was the difference between members of staff in regards to being allowed to extend my room for a few hours on departure. The young lady on reception on my last night was very helpful and polite, quoting me a price I was happy with, the next morning I went to reception to take up the offer, a young man wouldn't entertain the offer from the previous night and instead quoted me the full night rate which was 3 times as much, although he was never impolite the staff need to be on the same page and communicate with each other.. I didn't take up his offer."

"Check-in/out very easy. Really convenient for Trams and buses. The main railway station is 15 minute walk. There is plenty of choice for bars and food just around the corner. Very clean room but needs updating."

"The room and the entire hotel were exceptionally clean, aesthetically pleasing, and very comfortable. The soundproofing was outstanding, ensuring The Bridge and restful stay. On top of that, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the visit."

"I didn’t eat breakfast or park a car but the room was cleaned or freshened often during my stay and the bed was comfortable. Wash and fold laundry close by and 15 minute walk to central square. On a main road with road construction but no noise heard in my room. I would definitely stay again."

"Stayed only for one night. Close to airport. Check in till midnight, which is good in case of late flight. Great choice for breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Big tv. Could do with another long rail in a bathroom as nowhere to hang two big wet towels. Clean new facilities. Really liked build in corner sofa and overall clean decor."
