From the moment I reserved to the moment I left the owners were in contact and insured I had a wonderful stay. Which I did! All this for 1 night. The property was so amazing! We absolutely loved the showers and the decor of the room was very modern and comfortable. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Maggie Valley.

The free breakfast and evening reception had lots to offer. Close to lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Outlet mall within 10 minutes. The pool and gym were clean.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Fantastic location to the Gatlinburg strip. Parking was included with the room as was breakfast in the package we chose. The food was good, especially breakfast. The view in the restaurant was amazing day and night. Every staff member we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. Didn't have a negative experience with anything and will stay there again.

Very clean and the outside was very maintained. Beautiful landscape and nice setup.

Room was very clean and spacious. Big, very fluffy towels. Online check in was convenient. Hotel looks to be partially renovated. My room was very nice and clean. Looked like it had recently been redone. Could tell that some parts of the hotel hadn't been updated yet and were not in use. Grass needed cutting, but the area was safe, lots of restaurants around. Beautiful area. I would definitely go there again.

Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. What a find! This was a beautiful home nestled in the woods with lots of amenities, ping pong , foosball, board games, hot tub, fire pit, gardens, creek, big enclosed deck, and much more. We were so comfortable that we only left once to go to the fireworks show in Canton during our six day stay. We can’t wait to go back. Thanks Conny for sharing your wonderful home!!!

Our little cabin was perfect for our little getaway!!! Pet friendly too which is a plus! Highly recommend!

Husband and I were visiting area for the night and this place was wonderful! Very clean and cute place to stay. I would’ve never known about the little gem if not for hotels.com…..definitely will stay again in the future!

Great location in Maggie Valley NC. A nice locally owned motel. Love the creek side chairs with the wind chimes. So peaceful, they have books available to read while you stay here. Nice!

We really liked this place. We had a hot tub in our room. Very clean and relaxing. We will stay again!

I really hate to say how wonderful this place is because I am afraid I may not be able to get reservations next time I call. This is a hidden gem in the mountains. The staff made us feel like we were the only guests they had and the rooms were the most comfortable and clean that we have stayed in, even at twice the price. We travel throughout the North Carolina and Virginia mountains a lot and this is now #1 on our list of places to stay.

Lake Junaluska is beautiful. The Terrace Hotel is very nice. We enjoyed our view overlooking the lake. The staff is awesome and people are so friendly. Lots to do, including walking around the lake and kayaking. We will be back. 😊
