"I wont stay here again. This is not a 4 or 5 star resort. Its 3 AT BEST. This Restaurant service IS HORRIBLE. The servers are HORRIBLE. We ate there 3 times because its the only restaurant or option unless you pay for a cab. Nothing else in walking distance. Every time the service was horrible. Took for ever. They messed up the check 2 times. The Pool is ok. The rooms are ok. The grounds are ok. The only thing that is above average is the beach in certain areas but its very crowded. I would not recommend or stay here again. "

"Location was nice overlooking the harbor. Room was not clean. Told front desk staff and management and nothing was done about it. Long stringy blonde hair everywhere in showers on floor on covers. Toilet area not clean. No phone is room and management didn’t know why."

"Stayed here with a friend and i will rate it a 7/10 .. cleanliness could be a better with receiving a semi dirty room. .. from my knowledge there’s no big breakfast but they provided muffins , coffee and lemon water . .. there’s a bar that’s supposed to open at 3 but it can opened at later times depending on the workers (the latest 6:45) and it closes at 9 .. staff was very nice , upgraded my room & places I can go near for either food/ toiletries or nightlife. I love the view with my balcony ocean view room! I most definitely will stay at this hotel again the next time i visit , i will just be more prepared. "

"Friendly staff. Called for taxis, recommended ding, etc. Booked 3 rooms for two nights a week apart. First night one room had no hot water. Second night all 3 rooms had hot water an all six travelers were happy. Restaurant on premises was very good. Breakfast included with room was limited but excellently prepared. Staff was quick and friendly. Excellent choice.Espesially considering the cost."

"This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel feels extremely low-budget and lacks even the most basic amenities you would expect. The WiFi barely works, and the TV doesn’t connect properly, which made it frustrating to relax in the room. The bathroom was also poorly stocked no shampoos or basic toiletries provided, which is something most places include without question. The overall condition of the room felt neglected, and the experience from the moment we arrived didn’t improve things. The check-in process was unwelcoming, and it honestly felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. For the price, this hotel falls far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no other option."
