Nice, modern hotel at the seaport. Quiet, walkable area with lots of restaurants and great harbor views. Hotel had spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice views, free good breakfast, rooftop patio with firepits and lots of amenities. Self parking at $15 across the street was fantastic.

We had an amazing stay!! We experienced very friendly and accommodating interactions with all staff and the room and hotel overall were tremendously clean and comfortable.

The house itself was beautiful and very well kept. The place was very convenient to the beaches at Hull and dining areas. A really nice stay.

Beautiful beach hotel. Enjoyed the use of the pool until our room was ready. The location was perfect for out plans as it was close to Boston and surrounding towns for siteseeing and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted with a smile and friendly attentive staff. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was served and was fresh & delicious. Choices of cheese omelet, scrambled eggs, veggie sausage, canadian bacon, waffles with many toppings, oatmeal, various fresh fruits. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience staying in the crab house. The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely care. Ken was fantastic, you can really tell he cares about ensuring guests have a great experience. 10/10 experience, would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay on the cape.

I found the hotel and spa online and was pleased to see something new close to home. It was more then I could imagine, from the first view of the magnificent villa when you drive up, to the food, the service, the spa the staff. The attention to detail is like nothing you have ever seen I promise! In my haste booking our room, I neglected to mention that it was a very special occasion. Bernadette at the front desk was very friendly and Bernadette at the front desk was very friendly check-in was a breeze. Nanci at the bar first class service, and her food was amazing. The room was pristine, and I was very satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

We had a quick overnight stay but found everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This is an ideal place to stay for a couple of days near the sea. The building is beautiful, the staff nice and the location perfect. Just in front of fisherman´s mall, you can see at night the lighthouse and in the morning the seaguls wake you up. All the harbour around is beautifull and all kind of bars, shops and restaurants, in the tipical seashore houses make a gorgeous surrounding.
