It was a surprise that this hotel was so lovely--for the price, especially. I was only staying here because it seemed nice enough for a one-night stop to pick up my fella from the nearish Krakow airport, but it would have been worth a longer stay, for sure. This excellent attic apartment features two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished. Each room has air conditioning with a heating function. The owner has taken care of all the little details to ensure guests have a pleasant stay (tea, spices, ironing board, board games, etc.). Great value for money. Would definetely stay there again.

Very nice hotel

I had a great time running in the mountains and also touring the surrounding area. The dinners were quite excellent and the breakfast buffet was good and had lots of options. I was there alone but would definitely bring my family back.

Nice Trip, two couples for 8 days. Hotel is super clean and staff is very friendly! The restaurant has great food and service. Nice place for a nightcap on way back to the room. Location is great, close sites yet very quiet and safe. Also, there is a convenience store next-door. Stayed here 4 years ago, was not disappointed with this stay and would definitely stay here again.

the breakfast is good, and the staff was very nice and helpful, after i arrived late in the evening I was allowed to park in front of the hotel, very nice of her.

Stayed two nights. The room was very clean, quiet and affordable. All hotel staff, including those at the front desk and the restaurant, were very friendly and conversational. A+ accommodations.

Great hotel a short 10 min walk from the main plaza. I travelled with my family and the room was comfortable and big enough for us all. They had a complementary water fill station with containers to bring to your room. The staff was attentive and helpful when we needed.

Overall great experience. Never received VIP benefits offered by Expredia, which was disappointing.

We loved this hotel and have already talked to our friends about it. Great location, right near the river and walking distance to Wawel Royal Castle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was gorgeous and it included free breakfast buffet and free wifi. Whenever I visit Kraków, I will definitely stay at the Niebieski.

The staff warmly greeted us at reception. They answered all my questions about the surrounding area. They even helped us schedule our Warwel Castle trip. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of fresh fruits, breads, meat and cheeses, to go along with the more traditional breakfast foods. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping did a super job. I want to thank all of the staff for a very enjoyable experience.

Big disappointment of reception staff about the trip to salt mine booked at reception. No one at the hotel did not turn our attention to the tickets was at reception and payment therefore, also the driver didn't ask for tickets or any ID. At the mine a reddish girl represented as the company guide asked us to pay 300 pln each couple - so we did!
