"We had a mixed experience overall. When we arrived, we were offered a “welcome drink,” but it was not complimentary, we had to pay for it. This felt a bit misleading and could be communicated more clearly. The room cleanliness could also be improved. There was noticeable hair on the bathroom floor, and the room had a damp, musty smell, which made it less comfortable. Some basic amenities were missing. There was no milk provided with the coffee, and it took three requests before it was delivered. At the beach, coffee was also served without milk, which seems like a simple detail that should be addressed. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. On different days, essential items were missing, such as toilet paper or water, and toiletries like soap, cotton buds, and cotton pads were not replenished. After one service, the rubbish bin was also left full. These are small things individually, but together they affect the overall experience. The hotel’s own linen policy was also not followed. The information card states that linen is changed daily unless requested otherwise, but in our case it was not changed after several days and only done after we raised it at reception. That said, there were also some very positive aspects. Breakfast was really enjoyable, and one staff member who was present every day provided excellent and attentive service. "My girlfriend and I stayed for a long weekend and we were blown away by the immaculate hotel, world class service and delicious food and drink here. The beach is beautiful, gardens pristine and rooms immaculate. It was extra special as we got engaged out here and the hotel staff were exceptional in helping me create a private, memorable occasion for us.
