"Everything is great but once we left they charged me a 250$ fee for smoking in the room when I don’t even smoke at all. They claimed the room smelled like weed when it was me and 4 kids under 11. "

"The tv did not have good reception. The frig was not cool and did not get cool during our stay. The door only had 1 lock that would lock. Only way to keep door closed was to lock the 1 lock that worked. Door latch not working on door. "

"There was some restaurants close by. Homeless people sleeping at the building beside it. I actually felt pretty bad for them because it was so cold. The beds were absolutely horrific. The heater was either full blast or not at all. It does not function on an automatic mode. I couldn’t sleep with it on constantly so I woke up. It was 50° in the room. The carpeting is horrible - filthy. "
