"It is a budget-friendly property with a pool/hot tub and breakfast included. What initially attracted me was that the hotel is new. Our room was on the first floor with a car wash view next to it and pool . It already felt likely that a chlorine smell could come into the room. The room itself was small, neat, clean, and everything felt new and fresh. The beds were comfortable. However, this is where the positives mostly end. The main issue was ventilation. After showering, all steam stays in the room because the ventilation does not work and the window cannot be opened. As a result, the room quickly becomes like a “sauna.” There is an air conditioner, which helps, but it cannot be left on overnight as it is positioned very close to the bed and blows directly onto your face. There was also a noticeable chlorine smell coming from the corridor, especially in the evening. In the morning, we woke up due to the smell of breakfast being served in the hallway near the rooms. Sound insulation is weak — we could clearly hear people talking at night and early morning while passing by. Breakfast is typical for a budget hotel: eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, and toast with jam or cream cheese. Coffee, hot chocolate, and drinking water are available in the lobby. The pool area is compact but has issues with ventilation and cleanliness, with water not draining properly and mixing with water that on a sidewalk around the jacuzzi area where people walk wearing shoes ."

"Towering pines, frog song from little ponds, bird watching, hot tub/pool...all set next to a babbling river & towering snow capped mountains. Yes it is that beautiful. Not to even mention the staff they are the heart of the resort, the restaurant & bar are cozy & excellent quality...take a moment & stroll the organic garden & exceptional grounds & see fine art all around you. The room? The bed was soft & the sheets will change your life. The water pressure was intense in the best way. You don't need a TV in the room don't be foolish. I have not explored the spa but believe me I will return to find out"

"We went during “off season” and on a Sunday night . The lodge staff was great, the food was good, the bar/lounge was nice but we were the only customers there. If we chose to go to Leavenworth again (highly doubt it) would stay there again"

"What a wonderful stay! Rooms were clean and very comfortable, grounds were beautiful with multiple options for relaxing. Pleasant views of the mountains and exciting views of the alpine coaster! Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was wonderful !"
