"This was my first stay at this hotel.
It was very close to the train station, in a safe neighborhood. Easy access to shopping and restaurants and the historic center. Modern suite, kitchenette was clean, room was quiet, floor to ceiling windows, blackout shades were effective. The bathroom was enormous, bed and bedding comfortable. Minimal views. Would stay there again."
"Facilities in room were fine with decent bathroom and curtains on dorm beds. Given linen at check in so need to make your own bed. Some people in the dorm didn't bother putting pillow case and duvet cover on so unsure how clean beds can be. Shared a dorm with 3 men which didn't feel very nice as a solo female. Terrible snorers and awful coughing meant I didn't sleep well. Very noisy location through the night with ambulances and shouting. Not really any common areas to sit during the day."
"It was a very short stay but I can definitely recommend the place. Clean, great location but most of all wonderful staff!! Very friendly, fun to talk to and very helpful."
"Great location for exploring the city and train station by walking - however that is the only good thing, the rooms stank not sure if it was because of pipework. I was given a room on the ground floor and the massive window faces onto a busy street. Zero privacy and no nets so had to keep the curtains drawn permanently and felt like a prison (perhaps you should reconsider this…)"
"Breakfast was excellent: wide selection amd fresh.
Staff were generally friendly.
The room was clean but housekeeping are a whole different story. They need to up the cleaning standard. For example, when making the bed and there are used towels left in the bed, the bed will be made with the towels inside! The housekeeping staff could not communicate with us as they were non-English speaking. We were stayed a whole week."
"My husband went last weekend for a business trip. He came back and mentioned that it's a new hotel, look nice and clean.
He had an early flight so as soon as he check in, he thought to take a good rest before going out for meeting.
The head lamp is facing the bed which is quite bright to him so he tried to switch it off. And here the power tripped happened to his room.
He called the reception to check. Reception mentioned that it was power tripped. My husband request for a room change, but reception refuse to change the room and insist that everything is working fine now.
So he didn't sleep well for the stay, imagine if it's happened to anyone. You just don't feel safe or secure. Other than that, everything is great in the hotel."
