Kraków County Hotels

Staff amazing breakfast convenient and excellent Great location

Super convenient to arrive to by train from the city and be in your room in 10 minutes, and equally extremely easy and time-saving to get to airport in the early morning.

The property is located between the city and the airport which makes both easily accessible by car. The property is modern and has excellent staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable for the prize one pays. Overall it is a great location which I will book again if my travel plans take me to Krakow again!

Big family room. Excellent. Would recommend

The WENTZL almost has it all - great location, comfortable rooms with all the amenities, and the friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered in a long time. My friends and I celebrated the New Year in Krakow and the WENTZL was a big part of what turned out to be a very special holiday. The only thing missing from this near perfect hotel is a proper lounge/bar. We were a group of 5 with two friends staying at another hotel. With no lounge, meeting up before setting out meant...

Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with the fluffiest towels I have ever had in a hotel! Looking forward to my 4th stay there soon. Thank you, you terrific staff members!

Excellent location for me - near office and town square. Lovely resorted hotel in historic building. Rooms are very modern and they offer a transportable cell phone to use while in the city - very helpful and handy. Two minor recommendations - update the bath towels; they’re old, scratchy and have some pretty thin spots. Second, back off on the room/linen scented freshener. Too overpowering for me. Otherwise was a lovely hotel and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Lovely hotel in a busy, central location one block off the main square

Had a great 3-night stay at this hotel. I would definitely come here again. It is a much better option than the larger mainstream hotels in the area. I prefer a boutique hotel experience and this one has it in spades. Staff was friendly and courteous and went above and beyond the call of duty. Great colours in the lounge and common areas of the hotel, great breakfast, nice bar in the lounge. The bar girls were so nice and friendly!

Big disappointment of reception staff about the trip to salt mine booked at reception. No one at the hotel did not turn our attention to the tickets was at reception and payment therefore, also the driver didn't ask for tickets or any ID. At the mine a reddish girl represented as the company guide asked us to pay 300 pln each couple - so we did! Also she knows we are from Kossak hotel she takes the money without giving us any receipt (We were in group 4) Then the reception staff asked us to...

Wonderful stay at the Amber. Excellent location so convenient to Old Town Krakow, and the breakfast is possibly one of the best I've had in Europe. Front desk staff are very helpful. If I find myself back in Krakow, I'll be staying here.

Loved the hotel and staff. I’d stay here again.

Great staff, wonderful location, delicious breakfast.

I stay here every time I pass through Krakow. I love this place.

I stayed at the Hotel Unicus June 2-10. The positives were the responsiveness of the elevator, the excellent cleaning of my room each day, the fine showers and its close proximity to the main places of interest. Being in room 102, I was aware of the loud noises until way into the night. I also missed having some small bar soap. Finally, there could be instructions for the coffee maker.

One of the best spots to stay in Krakow! Friendly staff, great cocktails 🍹, great location!
