"Breakfast was good, staffs are very helpful. Room is big and clean. There is also washer and dryer on 5f and 9f. 711 is around the corner and free parking "
"We had a Japanese suite and it’s very spacious. It came with snacks and drinks which is a nice touch. The happy hour food was complimentary but it’s average. Breakfast coffee was good. We preferred to have different options daily. Overall, we had a good time staying there."
"The staffs are super friendly and really warm. She gave us all the required info to see the sun rise which is just 2 min walk. You can also see the tea garden there. The property is decorated with beautiful plants and lights. It is truely magical like I were in the fairy tale. The room is clean. Many parkings there. We were even able to see the flyer flies at the backyard. It was really 👍👍👍👍. Breakfast was great. It was a very good value for the price we paid. I would stay longer in the future if I were going back to alishan. Highly recommend "
"The hotel was spotlessly, clean, the pool and hot tub on the rooftop were wonderful, particularly when you watch the sunrise. The rooftop bartender was engaging and entertaining, very fun. The staff at check-in and check out efficient, kind, and delightful."
"This property feels more like a youth hostel than a proper hotel. The house is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of Taiwanese dishes. However, arriving by public transport means a steep uphill hike. Rooms are bare-bones: just a floor mattress as a bed, a single ceiling light, a low shelf and a basic shower stall. It's significantly overpriced for what it offers."
