"Don’t judge this hotel from the outside. Inside, the room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice assortment of foods and dinner was good and reasonably priced. Front lobby had some comfy couches. Only negative I could say is the hallways look dark and dingy but room was great. They accommodated our service dog. We did not use the sauna as the free times were way too early."
"Relatively fast, password-protected wi-fi, quality breakfast with multiple choices, relatively large room, possibility to check in during the night.
Downsides were the lack of a regular desk in the room or no kettle. The property is located a bit further from the city centre and the stuffed animals are not environmentally friendly and might be disturbing for some. During one of the nights, there was some sort of a celebration in the restaurant downstairs with loud singing and noise until late in the night--this was quite uncomfortable. Overall, still a very good choice and value though."
"We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Sophia. Unfortunately we only spent one night there. I could have stayed for a couple of days. Our room was extremely spacious and so was the bathroom. The hotel seems to be quite new and it is even connected to the big shopping center next door. The hotel staff was polite and helpful, both the lady at the reception as well as the staff in the breakfast room. There's also free parking."
