"When we arrived, there was a sign indicating that the hot tub was closed at the front desk. As I was checking in, I expressed my disappointment at this. The very nice lady at the front desk told me that they were waiting on a part and that the hot tub might be back in service that day. Not only did they get the hot tub fixed promptly, but without my asking she called our room to let us know it was repaired and when it would be fully heated. I should mention that there is a fantastic Italian restaurant that is just a short walk away. I hope I get a chance to stay at this motel again."

"Property was decent, beds were great. We were given keys a check in to a room that was already occupied. This was the only concern I had. It was taken care of but still concerning."
