"We did eat breakfast at this hotel. I slept too late the first day and the second day we had to be somewhere early. Parking was good. Check-in was easy and staff were polite. The only thing that shocked me about our room is no towels bars in the bathroom. No place to hang the towel you were using when you got out of the shower. No place to hang a hand towel. We used the shower curtain rod to hang our wet towels on. Very odd I thought. "

"Clean room but older hotel and needs updated. For the price and just one night it was good. Great beds and good water pressure in the shower. Bathroom clean but small. Great that it had a small refrigerator and microwave. "

"We arrived late due to travel (close to midnight and i had called during the day to let the staff know.) Upon arrival to the room, we were first met with a candy wrapper on the counter. Then my wife went in the bathroom and smelled something. It was a mildewy shower curtain. Upon checking that out, she found all kinds of hair in the shower tub. We were very grossed out and unhappy but being it was midnight and we just needed to get our kids to sleep, we dealt with it. The next morning when we left, I was wearing a Michigan State basketball shirt. The manager or worker at the front desk greeted me with a "Go Blue!" Upon seeing my t-shirt. This is on par with having greated a UT fan with a "Roll Tide" or "Go Cats." I said nothing and I'm not offended by it. But it did strike me that the front desk of a hotel/hospitality eatablishment might not want to make it a habit of intenionally saying things that might really anger their guests."

"Awful. I used my hotel.com reward dollars to book this stay. The hotel used my reward dollars and also charged my credit card for the room. Over a week later and have been unable to get resolved."
