Novotel Valencia Lavant
10/10 Excellent
"Great location and a lovely hotel in a beautiful city. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well connected to the main attractions, making it easy to explore Valencia. A great choice for both a relaxing getaway and a city break."
"There’s a lot of noise coming from the nightclub on the beach side. This loud noise goes on every night until 4 a.m.! The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and staff are great, but we couldn’t sleep well."
"Excellent standards of cleanliness and all the staff were equally excellent. Only minor gripes were the outside, rooftop pool being closed for maintenance until our departure day (the outdoor pool was one reason I chose this hotel) and the street noise as our 3rd floor room faced the street. Breakfast buffet was also good."
"Overall the stay was ok. Location is good, almost everthing is within walking distance and always a joy thanks to the proximity of the huuuge park. Cleanliness so so. Old shampoo bottle in bathroom, no shampoo, a lot of dust under the bed. Not terrible but can be done better. Staff at the reception was reactive for issues, although execution through cleaning staff annoying and sometimes not functioning. Beds are good, location quiet at night. Don't expect charm in the rooms, their are functional but not more. Would clearly rate the Apparthotel as a solid 3star, but definitely not 4star. Overall too expensive what it was."
"Here’s a polished version that remains positive while clearly expressing your disappointment with the lunch and dinner offerings:
The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and staffed by a team that provided excellent service from check-in through check-out. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a very restful stay.
One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast buffet, which was outstanding. It offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and was presented beautifully each morning.
The only area that fell short of our expectations was the food service for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the quality of the meals did not match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. We dined in the restaurant once and ultimately sent our meals back, and on another occasion we ordered room service but found the food unappealing and chose not to eat it. The dishes appeared and tasted more like pre-made or mass-produced meals rather than freshly prepared offerings.
Given the overall quality of the property and service, we were surprised by this inconsistency and hope the hotel will consider reviewing its lunch and dinner menu and food preparation standards. With improvements in this area, the guest experience would be exceptional from start to finish."
"Main bus stop right next to hotel-convenient
Distance to places of interests far- inconvenient
Parking right under $18/d - convinient
Places to eat just a few walking distance BUT just a couple, Unless you eat at hotel and want to pay $20 for burger- in convenience"
