"Wonderful location, staff was excellent and helpful. Overall very pleasant. Our second time here, absolutely would come back. Room had some maintenance issues. Lights out, clogged shower head, generally looked worn and tired. Lift had issues as well, door would not close at times. Had to use the stairs more than once. "

"Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around. The hotel is under reconstruction. The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "

"Great and friendly staff. Jr suite very large and comfortable. Near metros and busses. Peaceful area. Work being done in lobby but did not disrupt. Only complaint (just my opinion) I didn't care for the shampoo and hand soap. Very nice hotel and area. Will def return."
