"Improved since last time we stayed. So relaxing this time. Only downsidde whoch didnt bother us was lift out of order and other one busy with cleaners and very slow so if you have mobility issues request a ground floor. Well done in improving everything."

"Lovely hotel to base yourself for peppa pig world. The pool was a bonus on arrival while waiting for dinner time. Changing facilities could have been cleaner, especially the floor. Breakfast had good choice. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Black out curtains helped with toddlers sleeping."
