"I'm happy to be upgraded, room is good, reception staffs are nice but housekeeping needs lots of improvement, no response from them and rude attitudes. "

"The blanket and pillow are not whitish clean with smelly, looked used-for-long-time-ago. The room was very small but with very high expensive room rate. It was not worthwhile. The only good point was the hotel above the convention centre where Metro exit and a big supermarket were there."
