"Room was clean but 6th floor was an attic room with velux windows and great views of the slopes. I just had to watch hitting my head as roof was low on one side. There was no pool & spa facilities were not included costing 12 euros a session. Restaurant food was very good as were staff. lighting lacks ambience in restaurant and when busy noisy accoustics through conversations. Great if you like bright lighting but i prefer mood lighting. A minor point but worth mentioning."
"Booked a room with one single bed on expedia, upon checking in i was told the room has two separate beds, and i had to pay some 30€ extra for a room with double bed, which i did, when i checked into the room i found two beds joined together., i could have done the same myself with the first room. It was a cheap move from the hotel receptionist. Otherwise, tge room was clean, quiet, specious, and the hotel was very well located meters away from the shopping scene."
"The room was large and the beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super with lots of choice. The towel rail in the bathroom worked really well so we had lovely warm towels and could dry gloves easily. "
"An outstanding hotel. We're were first time skiers and could not recommend this place enough for making it such an enjoyable experience. The shuttle up to the gondola and ski lockers made life so nice and the food, spa etc were all top notch. Lovely staff and vibe."
