"Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. They had no issues holding our luggage while we toured the city. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was awesome and tasted just as good. Highly recommend it and would stay here again."
"If you want to visit Bergen on a budget then this hotel is in an ideal position just off the main shopping street. Although bright modern and really good breakfast rooms are small and bathrooms with walk in shower tiny.
Our room 408 was on the forth floor overlooking the street. Room too warm cannot be controlled from room. Asked for it to be turned down but nothing changed. Windows opened but then the noise from student population on Friday and Saturday nights was impossible to sleep so had to close them then far too hot.
Ask for room at the back and high to be able to have peace and be able to open the windows if room too warm ( it was set at 23c!)
The hotel did offer a change of room on our last evening but couldn’t be bothered so they gave us duvet covers to use instead of the thick duvets!
Bergen is lovely really recommend and you need at least 4 nights."
