"We love the large rooms. Adult pool was very relaxing. Staff was vermin snd helpful. Food was ok, not exceptional but typical all inclusive. This was our third time staying here. Although we like it we will probably not be back. The bug bites on the back of my legs can make for a few miserable days. I know the resort sprays and try’s to control this but it is just part of being near the jungle."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked well, and the free breakfast on the rooftop patio was an added treat. "

"Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel. The quality of the food and restaurants was truly excellent, and we were very satisfied with that aspect. However, the issue we faced was that the hotel has a newer 5-star building and an older 4-star section. We booked our stay under the impression that it was a 5-star hotel, but the room we were given was in the older section, and we were not informed about this difference. We only realized this when our friends arrived one day later and were assigned rooms in the newer building with much better amenities, even though we had all paid the same price. This was quite disappointing for us."

"So much fun, provided adequate cooking supplies. The blender was a must! Staff was great, but one thing was construction at 9 am was annoying but that was only one morning. Will definitely come back 😁"
