Béni Mellal-Khénifra Hotels

"My wife and I stayed at the Appart Hotel (Suite, mountain view) for two nights in March 2026. We really enjoyed our stay; the apartment was huge, very modern, and had everything you could possibly need. It seemed that the place was still new and it was also very clean. We had a full bathroom each and the shower was excellent. We also made use of the washing machine. The location is great and all the hotel personnel were lovely; very friendly and helpful. I parked our car at the parking lot beside the hotel. Be aware, the mountain view is nice but to have that view, the apt faces the main street that can be quite noisy. If you are a light sleeper, it would be best to take an apartment at the back. All-in-all though, an excellent place to stay in Beni-Mallal. "

"Excellent private location. Great view of the mountains. Excellent pool and surrounding area. Large entrance and common parts and large rooms. Good breakfast served in a separate restaurant. Good value. Thoroughly, recommended. Ali and Joel were great."

"The room is quite cold and musky. The shower sprays water everywhere and it’s directly above the restaurant which is open until at least two or 3 AM so it’s incredibly loud. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"This property was going to be a short stop for us during our road trip. However, after seeing the property and the amazing hospitality, we modified our plan to spend some additional time there and it was worth it. The property is amazing, the view is breathtaking and the host was very warm and welcoming. They recommended some places nearby which were definitely worth visiting. They also suggested some local attractions which further enhanced our trip."

"The hotel has tremendous opportunity however the hotel felt a bit rundown and the experience wasn’t to its full potential. The property is very well situated, great rooftop pool, large rooms with balconies but once again everything was a bit lacking in polish. The toilets didn’t have seats, the hot water was lukewarm at best, the room had a bit of a sewage smell. I am of the opinion that this hotel could be a real 5 star with a bit of investment and a stronger service culture that could elevate all aspects- common areas, more staff, upgrades etc. if ever a reputable operator takes over this property it could be world class !"
