"Great room and breakfast "

"It’s a bit run down and not super convenient. We chose the hotel based on reviews, price and proximity to airport and bus station. It is in a quiet area, there’s what looks like a cute walking path along the river (though we didn’t check it out). But to get anywhere took a LONG time. You really need to pre-plan the airport bus (take the #8 to make it 15 min instead of 1.25 hrs) and getting to the city (Piccadilly line) took 2+ hrs. Getting back took longer."

"The property was dated, carpet dirty, bed simple and hard, room side was dusty, no proper tv only iPlayer and YouTube etc, bathroom small and stained and noisy because of the water pump when running hot water and when the next room uses the water, all switches switched all the lights on and off and nothing in-between, stank of oil based paint for the whole of my stay overall wouldn’t stay here again"

"Really good location, with lots of places to eat. Nice big room, ideal for families. Stayed for 2 nights over weekend and found it to be quiet. Some niggles with room as shower didn't drain very well, but otherwise good value for money and will be staying again in a couple of months."

"Breakfast menu was limited, parking was fine, we were given a room for disabled person though we werent when i spoke to staff about it he claimed it was dual use .The gym area is quite small so feels very tight with few persons and the pool area has no jaccuzzi our stay was for leisure not going to go back again except if work relàted."

"Staff were very helpful. All day Dining Menu not much variety especially if you spend more than a couple of days."
