Whether you want to collect beach glass or watch the sunset, Kolovare Beach is a spot you might want to check out, located 1 mi (1.7 km) from central Zadar. Enjoy the sunset by the shore at Beach Puntamika, Borik Beach, and Narrow Beach.
If you're planning a bit of sightseeing head to Sea Gate— just one of the monuments in Zadar Old Town. Why not take a stroll along the beaches and watch the sunset while you're here?

"Great and hospitable staff, arranged parking tickets through them.
Unfortnately, I tore my ligament and staff were very helpful in getting care organised. Made me appreciate the lift.
Beds comfy, location excellent for old town."
"Stayed for a week, June 2026.
We were very late arriving (midnight) but a welcome letter had been left for us at reception with our keycard and instructions. There was ample free parking alongside the hotel.
Our room (4) was a Deluxe King Pool view room in the Mirabilis block (the newer of the two blocks). This block only has the King Deluxe rooms - 6 in total, with the panoramic breakfast room on the top floor. There is an elevator in this block, unsure about the other.
Room was spotlessly clean, excellent air-conditioning and shower was hot and powerful. Kettle with the usual tea/coffee (but no milk - we just bought some the next day and popped it in the mini fridge).
Pool was very well maintained with plenty of padded loungers.
Breakfast was 7-11am - eggs/omelettes cooked to order, coffee machine, freshly cooked crepes, pastries, bread/toast, fresh fruits, yogurt, chia pudding, cold meats and cheese, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and the usual condiments.
Music in the breakfast room was very loud on a couple of occasions but we simply asked for it to be turned down a little and it was no problem at all.
We walked into town one evening which took around 35 mins but it's through a very residential area with few pavements, and was not very straightforward. We took Klaudio's advice and booked a Bolt ride back to the hotel which was around €4.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks Klaudio and team!
P.S. A hook in the bathroom to hang the robes would be our only suggestion!"
"Clean comfortable room. Bathroom had all the amenities and towels. Super friendly staff and a good breakfast. Best part is the location of this hotel. Right at the water front and 5-10 min walk to the old town area and 2 mins to the Sea Organ. If you planning a trip to Zadar, good place to stay."
"Fantastic location and attentive staff. We stayed one night in a clean comfortable room with all the amenities one could need including breakfast and parking inside the walled old town if you can secure one if the very few spots owned by the hotel. Very good communication prior to arrival."
