"Not a relaxing stay. Staffs rang to my room at 9:00 am due to their fault of making deposits to my credit card. They also knock on my door every single day at 5 or 6 pm for asking any further housekeeping needs, which was helpful but quite disturbing at the same time if you are hanging out in the room. Plus, the called again at 11:00 am to remind you checking out at 12:00 noon. All of these made me feel uncomfortable for my stay"

"It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay. Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. "

"All the staffs very professional, service very good. Room is very big, very clean and not expensive. I really love this hotel and i will recommend anymore will stay in canggu. The duty manager in front desk gave us the dinner recommendation which is the restaurant also very nice. "
