"The view from the hotel is amazing, it is walking distance from the old town and there are two small beach right next to it. We had half board which is a good alternative if you don’t want to have dinner out every night. The breakfast was good (wish there was a wider variety of fruit, but that is a personal preference) and dinner had a lot of options to choose from. The best part about it is definitely the staff who were all very nice and friendly."
"Beautiful Hotel. Situated in a good area, yes it is a 20min walk into Lapad, but if you want quiet this is the Hotel to go to.
You can use all of the royal hotel group facilities.
Breakfast was excellent.

"The breakfast food variety was very good. The staff working the breakfast service were superb. Pratap in the Teppanyaki was a fabulous cook and entertaining. Staff were generally good with one exception.
Prices for food drink was a bit too high
Gave feedback at reception that the quality of the take away breakfast was poor and this was not listened to and the same horrible sandwiches were provided the next day. The croissants were available very early and could have been put in the take away meal. If a guest gives feedback please act on it and act like a 5 star hotel and provide the high level of service. Some of the liquid soap shower gel bottles don’t work and need to be checked daily."
