"I received friendly service from the moment I arrived until the very last minute. The smiles of the staff were genuine, and you could see that they take pride in what they do and where they work. Even the garden personnel would greet warmly and with friendliness.

"Lovely views, plenty wildlife and accomodation has a great set-up. Pathways are clear and paved but make sure to flag if you have mobility constraints sunce hilly at place and some parts more than 10 mins walk to the restaurant. Game drive into the reserve is a must. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant served tasty meals. Nothing to fault. Hope to be back in the near future."

Proof of room residence print out is fine to be paper - but if you simply laminate it / get laminate machine perhaps - then people can keep it in their pocket for swimming / valley of waves access. no need for constant reprints
Not sure you have coms with valley of waves management but would be good it they restricted number of people in the main wave pool - especially stag do / lots of men / some bad behaviour / groping etc. allow space for surfing without getting knocked out etc."
