"Very nice hotel. Our room was built perfect, breakfast was a very large selection. Even many gluten free options in their own area. The whole place had an upscale vibe."
"Immaculately clean room, comfy beds and very helpful, friendly staff. Location was perfect for great bars and restaurants and within walking distance of the Cathedral and Titanic quarters.
Yes the rooms are small but we had everything that we needed and there was plenty of under bed storage to put our luggage, tea and coffee were free down in the lobby. Considering its central location we didn't hear any traffic noise whatsoever on the 4th floor.
Parking was right next to the hotel in Little Victoria Street, we arrived on Sunday and it was free until 8am the next morning so it only cost us around 14 euro for our 2 night stay. There is a Wetherspoon pub less than 3 mins walk away if you fancy a cheap drink.
Perfect for a couple of nights in Belfast."
"Staff friendly and informative.
Meal offer that was emailed to me, the staff were unaware of, so we had a problem with the bill.
Room was nice but furniture damaged and sink chipped. Not very five star! The bed was set up as double even though twin beds had been booked and once the beds had been separated no throws were available for single beds.
Breakfast was good and had lots of choice/nice food.
Lemon posset pudding not very nice as too sweet and full of strands of lemon zest.
Outside property disappointing. It looked shabby and the plants had seen better days. The two trees near the entrance being plastic!
Expected a five star entrance to the hotel and this was sadly lacking."
"Room was clean. Vews out of the window were poor our view was a concrete roof over a carpark. Landscaping would greatly improve this. Expensive room for such a poor view. Otherwise staff were lovely all very helpful. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Again overpriced."
"From check in to leaving the hotel was brilliant. Ciara on reception was really helpful and gave us our room a bit earlier than expected. All in all a great stay in a great location."
"Standard room, but we only stayed one night. Lovely clean room, good bathroom with excellent shower and lots of shelf space to put toiletries on. Comfortable bed and pillows. A big plus was the free parking off the road."
"Was a great stay, quiet, clean and cosy. Only issue was the bathrooms have very limited privacy from whoever you share a room with, which wouldn't be an issue for couples or single travellers"
