"Excellent stay in a perfect location to explore Tromso. The room had a beautiful view over the marina and towards the snowy mountains. Despite being cold outside, the room was lovely and warm and the beds were soft and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again one day."

"The room was dirty, especially the toilet. There are no good views from ANY of the rooms except for the very front row as the hotel is perpendicular to the water. We had a view of sheds with a pretty mountain all the way off to the side. This is NOT worth the money. The restaurant is pretty but we spend 75USD on a burger, side of fries and desert. Extremely overpriced. We left a night early because of the uncleanliness and lack of laundry, mini fridge and just amenities in general. They give you the absolute bare minimum down to the toile paper. However, the staff was incredible and kind. They refunded us our last night which I am grateful for so we didn’t have to pay for two hotels for one night. Thank you for that. Overall, choose another accommodation, you won’t get what you need here, not even the basics. Parking was fine, don’t use their EV charger. It took about 4 hours for 50%. "
