"I would say the best resort in Bintan, you have 2 pools to use, and it’s in the cove so the water is extremely calm. The staffs are very friendly and the room itself is new! Best bed to sleep in! They even have movie nights on Sunday with free popcorn and 50% discount on food and drinks by the bar during happy hour. Highly recommended!"

"Large property, with lots of things for the kids to do. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Kids loved the kids club, free arcade, pools, playground and chocolate hour! Breakfast buffet had a huge spread and a little corner for kids to take their own food! Special shoutout to the chef at the beach club! His cooking was very good! Yumz! Beach had white fine sand and clear green waters with gentle waves, great to swim and kayak in. Hopefully the beach will remain clean and unpolluted when the new jetty gets built nearby. Only downside were mosquitoes everywhere and ants in the rooms. It was a memorable, fun stay! Highly recommend!"

"I booked the Family Suite room and it was amazing. The toilets were spotless and the breakfast buffet food was delicious, especially the eggs. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us whenever we met them. Overall, it was a great hotel experience and definitely deserves 5 stars!"

"The room was perfectly clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. You receive water, Coje classic, Sprite and an orange drink every day. The shower always had hot water. Outside of the room, the food was well cooked, the staff helpful, and the pool was pristine."
