They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would also like to thank Hussam at the bar, who was friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. In fact, all the staff deserve recognition — everyone was helpful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. "Loved everything and every moment spent there. The staff the 3 bedroom unit was more than we expected. The shuttle service. Their Moroccan tea was delicious so was the La Pailotte restaurant was excellent with great food choices and reasonably priced. "

"Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. Great activities for everyone..pool maybe to be a bit warmer in colder months. Will highly recommend and return. "

"Breakfast was more delicious than I expected. The service was excellent, the staff were kind, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We did experience an issue with the shower in our room, but the team handled it thoughtfully and compensated us in a way that truly made us feel well taken care of. Although some of the facilities may feel a bit unconventional, this is completely understandable given the desert setting. Overall, the food was fresh and the service was consistently very good. Recommended if you want to have a desert experience! "
