"Mia has a great location, stunning views to the dessert, wonderful property, we spend 1 night and despite management was managing crisis due to full new staff, they did their best to overcome the challenge. We had the opportunity to meet with the Hotels Director and Food and Beverage Director that personally involved in the operation to assure customers were properly attended, they have amazing plans for the place, renovating rooms, dining area, pool bar, new cinema, wellness area if all of this gets implemented along with high quality service they are creating a very special place. I would love to return."

"The staff are the real highlight at Agafay Ecolodge. They certainly make an effort to make you feel welcome and provide world class service. Not artificial but a genuine hospitality. If you simply want to unwind under an open air setting, this is the spot. For offsite excursions, they can assist with many options in the area."

"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day was a great bonus. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish."

"Stunning property and lovely to be shown around by the team. Room was gorgeous but bathroom very impractical. Flush didn't work well and shower water leaked over floor. Also a very cramped space. However you get a whole living space...maybe propertions not thought out. Spa was fantastic although massage was mediocre, with poor communication from therapists about what was happening. Dinner was nice and breakfast outside was gorgeous. Didn't have time for outside pool but it looked great. A bit cold and windy (Feb). However enjoyed just wandering and looking at decor and gardens. Rest of staff ultra polite. Very quiet and restful space after hectic Marrakech."
