Very good breakfast, the lady chef was very talented and an amazing chef very help full and food was every day fresh.
The reception with Mr Kaced was welcoming and very helpfull help us every day ro make our stay confortable !

Positive points:
The staff is really helpful! And very professional! The ladies from the SPA were amazing and very helpful and the security guys at the entrance also! (A big thanks to them)
Negative points:
My stay was disrupted due to a very noisy neighboring guest. There was loud music during the night, and shouting in the hallway.
Unfortunately, when I reported the issue and asked for assistance, I was told that no immediate solution could be provided. As a result, I had to change rooms myself, which was quite disappointing !!
Things to be improved: (immediately)
The cleanliness is terrible! The carpet needs to be cleaned. I believe it has never been properly cleaned, as there are visible dirt marks and a lot of dust.
The bathroom, especially the bathtub, should be cleaned every day.
The restaurant café / bar area also needs thorough cleaning, including the carpet and the chairs. There is a strong smell of cigarettes, and the air should be disinfected or properly ventilated, as many people smoke and it affects the overall atmosphere.
Additionally, in the hallway leading to the rooms, even though the floor is designated as non-smoking, there is cigarette smoke everywhere. Sometimes the smoke even enters the rooms, which is very uncomfortable.
The gym is tiny and poorly equipped ! With one big machine and light dumbbells (a 2 stars hotel gym to be honest)

"The front desk man was very nice and kind and he deserves a 5 stars hotel, however the condition of the room was not as per our expectations, only one towel for 4 people, the room was cold so need to use the air conditioner with a terrible noise, the water is in ground. "
"They lost my car keys, and my pants , they told me breakfast wasn’t included in my reservation, even though it was, when I ordered food they wouldn’t let me bring it in, they told me I had to eat it past the property line then I could come back. The staff seemed eager to take advantage of the fact I am not a native French or Arabic speaker."
"Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Breakfast was decent. Well planned. Limited on space but always clean.
Rooms were fairly clean and more spacious than I expected based on reviews. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained)
Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities.
Overall however exceeded expectations."
