Grand Hotel Le Rocce
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely loved This hotel. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking and The food was great. My only two comments that others need to know is that there is not an elevator, but it does say wheelchair accessible, which it is not - there are what feels like 5000 steps. You can’t go anywhere without steps up and down anywhere in the hotel. My husband had to spend most of the time in the room because he could not navigate all the stairs easily. And the other comment I would make is that the massage was very poor. I had a therapeutic massage that was anything but therapeutic she had four disruptive phone calls while I was having my massage she didn’t answer them, but had to go and turn her phone off each time. Never turned me over. I was on my stomach the whole time and did not have a booster for my feet so I kept getting cramps in the top of my feet. But other than those things the hotel was wonderful. If stairs are not a problem for you and you don’t care about a massage I would rate it a 10."
"Overall our stay was great! Loved the location, the pool, spa, breakfast. Rooms were a little small but had a fabulous balcony with a view of the ocean!"
"We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The property is stunning, and that, together with the way we were treated by the staff, made us feel like royalty. The property has a a car park and its own beach, reserved to the guests. The restaurant is definitely worth trying, offering gourmet food at affordable prices. One of those places worth going back to just to stay there."
"The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride."
"Thought the Victoria Terme Hotel was a 4 star hotel, it didn’t feel like it!
The breakfast offerings were very basic and had no real substance!
Staff weren’t really helpful and some of the amenities were not in use!
This hotel should be considered a 2 star hotel!
I definitely won’t be a returning guest"
"Pretty hotel. conveniently situated near the high way. Clean, cute and nice. Breakfast was fine.
Pool was closed in the date I stayed.
Staff was cooperative.
I loved the style and decor."
"Room was older. Could have used a refresher. Was sold as a junior suite but was just 2 large room with a sleeper arm chair. Mini fridge did not cool.
Breakfast was very industrial!"
"While the hotel may meet the very basic standards expected for accommodation, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. The facilities and amenities provided felt extremely limited and lacked the level of comfort and attention one would reasonably expect for the price being charged.
What stood out most was the apparent focus on generating additional revenue rather than prioritising genuine customer satisfaction and hospitality. Many aspects of the service felt transactional, with little effort made to ensure guests felt valued, welcomed, or properly looked after during their ( I was charged €2.50 for requesting an extra tea bag and also charged for bottle of water left in the fridge that is normally complementary).
Overall, the experience did not reflect good value for money, and there appears to be significant room for improvement in both service quality and guest experience."
