"Wow wow wow, this is an incredible hoyel, immaculately clean and new, staff are so attentive! So polite and so welcoming. Nothing was trouble for them. Breakfast was always fresh and great variety. Housekeeping was superb and spotlessly clean. "
"This is a fairly new hotel and everything in the room is top notch. The staff all seemed lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointment was the outdoor pool. On a windy day it's very choppy. In fact when I went to the rooftop pool no one else was there. I then went to the much smaller indoor pool. I wasn't able to have a swim as I have mobility issues and the pool was full of parents with toddlers. Perhaps the hotel should provide suitable times for adults alone and adults with children. I was really looking forward to a swim. I also think readers should know that the hotel is so close to the famous Church & Grotto. The only wish was that these hotels do not take away the character of villages."
"Hotel was lovely & clean, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was a good with lots of choice. Cocktails were lovely & great to have during happy hour! We had a Seaview room which was very spacious, beds were pretty comfy, nice hot shower, plenty of storage in the room. Coffee machine & also a kettle, fridge & a large bottle water was provided foc.
We tried the spa, but was disappointed, as the pool was not very warm & the steam room was unbearable to sit in, as it was so hot. So that only left the sauna to use.
The only other criticism I have was the room we had was on the 2nd floor above the restaurant & it was so noisey with chairs scrapping, etc & outside was very noisy with the bats & people, so if you like it quiet, don’t have a Seaview room!
All in all a very nice hotel & such friendly people in Malta. 😊 "
"Room was clean and bed comfy. Safe was not working, reported it and was told it would be repaired or replaced the next day but this was not the case. Bit disappointed that the pool bar and pool was closed but weather was poor so no mee to swim. Overall great experience and staff are very welcoming. "
"We had a lovely 5 night say. Very family friendly, we went with our 2.5year old and he had the best time. Pools are great and right by the most gorgeous beach and sea.
We opted for a family room so we could put him to bed and still have space ourselves, it was perfect and reasonably priced.
Food was good, not amazing and we had issues with the booking system for the other restaurants, although we did manage to eat at the Middle Eastern one which was nice. I am
sure I could have spoken to reception to sort it out but it was never convenient.
Overall I would really recommend and would go back in a heartbeat! "
