"A comfortable hotel with modern rooms and helpful staff. The dining area is a little cramped at breakfast but the variety is decent and of a good quality. Dinner seemed similarly busy - there are some excellent restaurants in the area which may be better.
The outdoor pool was clean but a little chilly. The indoor pool was surprisingly warm and very popular with guests.

Have reached out via the same email to a member of staff *Reservations Executive to advise of a few issues noticed during the stay. Tables during breakfast not being cleared away quick enough and not being wiped down sadly. Steam room didn't work and the jacuzzi performance was poor. Loose floor short blocks in the spa.
A good thorough deep clean needed of an absolutely stunning hotel *pool sun loungers, lift mirrors, our room at least on the 5th floor and balcony eating area. "

"Fab-u-ous! The part we stayed in has only just opened & some landscaping still taking place outside but didn't cause any issues. All the staff were brilliant, large room, spotlessly clean & the food excellent. Lovely pool area & a short walk to hop on, hop off bus stop or the hotel offers a shuttle to some locations. Couldn't fault anything, we will be going back next year."
