"Room was dirty, staff was rude, the valet was cool he did a great job job. Good hotel location. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the shower gel was empty. The metal piece at the top of the door was broken from its hinges and had to manually be put back into place in order to close door to the room. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. They even had breakfast open early to accommodate runners in the mini marathon that day. "

"Everything seemed nice. Nice, large room. Didn't get a chance to try restaurant or or bar. Coffee was good in the cafe. Texting for a late checkout for a positive response, but it didn't make it into their system, so I got locked out of my room after the Indy Mini."

"The staff was excellent, I want to point that out first and foremost from the valet to the front desk. However, the bed was hard, the pillows were harder, and the A/C unit made a loud knocking/clicking noise for 20 seconds every time the unit cycled. Also, the phone in the room did not work, so I couldn’t call the front desk, etc. I was exhausted when I got back to the room at 11PM (me and my wife were there for a sports event) and didn’t have the energy to address the phone/super loud knocking from the A/C. We slept a very restless night, checked out and went home. For $252.00 for one night I expect a lot more comfort and amenities in a room. Unfortunately next time we are in St. Louis for the night or a few days (which is 4-5 times a year) we will not be staying here. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone with a price tag that high, the quality was of a super 8 with the price tag of a four seasons."

"When looking on their website before traveling, it didn't state there was on-site construction. Our main idea for stay was the availability of amenities, then they weren't available. Due diligence in looking."

"This was the second stay, very convinient to walk to convention center and market place and restaurant are really good. Nice food and drinks at the lobby restaurant and walkable to other food places."

"We were not able to get breakfast. We were told that they were preparing for an event and would have to wait 30-40 minutes to place a order for an omelette. Parking was not the best. had to park in a garage around the corner then walk back with luggage. valet was expensive "
