"We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Having access to the shuttle bus was the reason I booked here in the first place and it was very helpful. The only disappointment was the breakfast was not included in the price."

"The room had a terrible odour, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and requested to be transferred to another room. However, I was simply told that the hotel was fully booked and nothing was done to properly address the situation. What made the experience even more frustrating and disappointing was the complete lack of urgency and customer care from the staff. I was forced to stay overnight in a room with an unbearable smell, and instead of the hotel proactively updating me or making arrangements for my transfer the next day, I was the one constantly chasing the front desk for updates. At no point did anyone make me feel that my concern was being taken seriously. This entire experience was unacceptable and far below the standard I expected. I paid for a comfortable and pleasant stay, yet I was left feeling frustrated, ignored, and extremely dissatisfied."
