"Did not use the gym or hot tub/pool"

"Pool was great! Kids loved the slide, although water in slide was cold! Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly snd helpful! Have stayed there in the past and definitely would again. "

"The hot tub was out of order and it was the only reason I booked that hotel . So that was very disappointing. The morning breakfast was absolutely amazing . There was so many options . Love that "

"Room was dirty, went to pull out the hide-abed at night and underneath was full of food, some even moldy. Mattress is stained with the mattress protector also stained. Under the queen beds was also dirty. Room was bit stocked for the amount of people staying in it. We had to go to the desk to request more towels and face cloths. Room prices at check in didnt match the price that was made at bookings. Was made to pay more. *When checking in, two other people checking in had the same issue. -Staff were not pleasant to deal with that- "
