"Staff were friendly and accommodating, breakfast was on point. Will return anytime!"

"The staff could have been much more welcoming and friendly. We met at least three or four housekeepers in the hallways during our stay and not one greeted us with so much as a hello or have a nice day. The only other comment I would make is that while the showers have shampoo and conditioner dispensers, they should also have a body wash dispenser. A mini bar of Dove soap doesn’t hold the same regard."

"The room we were in was clean and the linens all seemed to be new. We had an issue with getting heat but Herb from the front desk was quick to solve the problem. There was carpet in part of the room but it did not have an odour and did not look stained. As a senior I was pleased with the sturdy safety bars in the tub/shower but the tub itself was quite slippery so I would suggest a non-slip mat be made available. Overall we were happy with the room and its’ very reasonable price point. We overslept so did not get to enjoy the free breakfast but I’m sure it was decent. We also did not have time to enjoy the pool but it’s a nice bonus to have available especially if you are travelling with children."

"A large clean room with comfy bed and nice linens. Wonderful sage sented toiletries. Fridge microwave. You can open a window in the room for fresh. The room came with two bath robes to use. The casino buffet had prime rib the night we were there. (Weekends) Buffet had good choices of high quality food. The price was $30 for the buffet. If you have a casino members card, which can be obtained free of charge at the casino. You receive a five dollar savings, bringing it down to $25. Parking is complementary, but there is no breakfast. There is an IHOP across the parking lot. Would stay at this hotel if in the Moncton area again."

"Room was a good size. We were right by the set of stairs and when people were travellinb the stairs, our room literally would feel like it's shaking and it was Making a loud noise. The pullout couch (bed) wouldn't work so I had to sleep on the hard couch itself."

"We always have fun there. The pub is great with live entertainment and fantastic service and properly poured beer. 😎"
