Everything was great and exactly what I needed

Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Breakfast also was good. Pancakes are a nice touch. If you could add a waffle maker as well it would be perfect.

Room was clean, staff was great, and the restaurant next door was great.

Large suite bigger than a 1 Birmingham apartment. Not modern but clean, good shower. Front desk helpful, breakfast ordinary but hot, everything working.

I enjoyed my stay and wish I could have spent longer so that I could have enjoyed the pool. The breakfast every morning was fresh and full of options. A really great place to rest!

Our gluten-free and dairy-free needs were accommodated at breakfast with no trouble and a smile, offering us an ingredients list when needed.

Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

I really appreciated the helpful staff who solved a time sensitive problem for me. They were very accommodating.

Excellent overall. Very few issues. Meals were excellent. Beds were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite, prompt and helpful. There were very good amenities. Things to improve: The bathroom could have been better stocked with washcloths and had a grab bar for the bathtub. Also, more closet space wood be nice.

Very clean and inviting place to stay. Very quiet and the staff were all very nice and friendly, very helpful !!!! Breakfast was delicious !

Very enjoyable stay, was well rested and had a nice complimentary breakfast as well.

The staff were great! The room was nice and spacious, but the furniture a bit run down. Likewise the bathroom needs an upgrade. But it was clean and met my needs.
