"The room had broken tiles in the bathroom, the floor was sticky, there was sticky purple syrup looking stuff on the walls and doors, the shower barely worked, the tap in the shower dripped the whole time we were there, there is no sound proofing so you could here everything in the halls and neighbouring rooms. We were not notified that the door to the pool gets locked from the pool side so when it happened it sounded like someone was trying to break into our room.
The guy at front desk was very nice, smiling, cheerful and seemed to overall enjoy his job and upgraded our room free of charge and gave us a room off the pool. Son enjoyed the pool but no extra towels so he had to use our room towels. This hotel was nice and close to the airport about a 5 minute drive but will be looking for other options if we ever need to stay close to the airport."
