What a wonderful hotel. The staff is terrific. Location perfect. Room was great. And the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I'd be happy to stay there again.

We loved this hotel. The pool was amazing!!! Alejo was the best always helpful! We loved him!! Also the two best employees in the front Augustina and Sergio Alvarenga went above and beyond to help us. We would come back just to see these three. They were the best!

If I could give this hotel a 6-star rating, I would. I have traveled a lot, but I had never received the level of attention and service that I received in this hotel. When I arrived I had some particular issues I needed to resolve. Since I was traveling alone and my issues dealt with a large parcel it was difficult for me to fix my problem by myself. Amazing hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The hotel design is beautiful and our room 401 was amazing with a large patio, view of the pool, and jacuzzi. We loved our stay at Krista Boutique Hotel!! The location is central to many walkable sites, great cafes and restaurants. We used the taxi service offered by the hotel when we landed and it was seamless. We also took advantage of massages by Da’hiana and Sabastian and they were the best we’ve had. The breakfast offering was delicious and the evening cocktail was a worderful way to relax for the evening before the evening explorations began. Truly a wonderful experience all the way around.

On a pleasant quiet side street but just a few blocks away from Santa Fe street made our stay very pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful. And being small we didn’t have to waste time walking thru large lobbies. With only a few rooms per floor there were no long hallways.

Our pre cruise, four-night stay at the Casa Bevant (CB) was truly memorable. The hotel is very centrally located. Turn right upon exiting the hotel and the Recoleta Cemetery, the Recoleta Urban Mall and a host of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and even bars are within a 5-minute walk along a lovely tree lined street. Turn left and there are more coffee bars, bakeries, a major supermarket and if you need it even a place to have your suitcase repaired (we needed that). The hotel itself is well...

Really nice stay here. Top floors have balconies and I really enjoyed the view from up top. Quality rooms with fans and AC and an excellent, simple breakfast. Staff was really helpful with everything and made me feel like I was at home.

Everything about the property is fantastic, the location the staff the architecture and the food, but what stands out the best is the amazing staff

We only stayed one night but we had a very nice stay. The room was modern and clean. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was excellent! The best hotel breakfast we've had in Argentina. The made to order omelet was delicious.
