Villa Caprichosa Hotel is stunning & very comfortable. It is located on the hill and has beautiful views of the ocean. We stayed at La Choza cottage - 2 bedrooms & 2 baths and outdoor shower. Diana, the owner, is very nice and welcoming. Juan Carlos, manager, was very helpful and arranged pick up/drop off to the ferry. The Vista restaurant on the property is fantastic as well. Perfect hotel for a couples weekend or family trip with older kids.

The staff made us feel extra comfortable with their excellent service, the food was also 10/10 and the breakfast included with the hotel was so good. I definitely would come back here again when returning to isla taboga

Many things made our stay wonderful! The host Vicki was extremely warm and inviting and helpful. She cooked a great breakfast, connected us with a guide for snorkeling, and made our stay one we will not forget. We will definitely recommend and would love to return!

Best hotel in Panama City. The concierge was exceptional. A very pleasant stay and the only place id consider staying ever again in Panama City.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.

Wow! Exceptional staff. Amazing architecture. So much ambience... Appeared to be freshly updated. 10 out of 10!

It was close to all the shopping malls

Amarlanis a beautiful, spotless, boutique hotel. The staff is amazingly friendly and genuinely make you feel at home. My room was quite small, but complete with everything i needed. I would recommend it to a friend looking for a place to stay in Casco Viejo!

This hotel was great. Its location is perfect for a loop around the historic area. The staff is friendly, and most are fluent in English. Everything was clean and the room was spacious with a great balcony. They staff the front door 24/7 so no one unwelcome can enter. The rooftop bar and food was great. It isn't open 24/7 but there are plenty of other options for places to eat, and it is open at meal times. Wifi worked well.

My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!

My husband & I stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo, Panama. We loved the place. Staff is super helpful and kind. LOCATION LOCATION. Main Plaza and Cathedral are located one block away. Main places to visit, plazas, great rooftops, and great restaurants are at walking distance. When back to Panama will definitely go back to this hotel.

We arrived early from the David airport around 10am and we were just going to drop off our bags and they not only held our bags without question but then also took the time to make sure we had our room early if one was available! (Which there was!)-just be aware during their peak season it may not happen we were just lucky in the off season! The staff is SUPER friendly! I love everything about your hotel, staff was excellent especially Andre' from the restaurant he works the evening shift he took care of us. Food was excellent. Kevin from reception did a great job and also yonnay the bellmen. Housekeeping always made sure we where good. I would recommend your hotel.

The only place I stay when visiting or passing thru the city..

My husband and I stayed at this property for my birthday, and it was a wonderful decision. Top notch service with great restaurants and proximity to many attractions. One highlight was the friendly willingness and capability of James to coordinate a last-minute private trip to Portobelo for us. Our booked excursion was cancelled at the last minute. We informed James and he made sure my birthday wish came true. We had a wonderful visit!

Everyone except Adriana was very nice. She could have been nicer instead of being very rude.

It’s a spectacular mountain top setting. Quiet, beautiful modern rooms, great pool, long steep walk to beach but worth it when you get there. Staff goes out of the way to be helpful. Came to find us in jeep on climb up from beach. A welcome kindness.

The property is in a great location to be able to walk surrounding areas. The staff was great in assisting and the room was very clean and quiet. Great place to stay

Staff was very nice, specially, Barbara at recepcion and Alanis, at the bar. Although, hotel areas and bedroom were clean, the bathtub walls presented mold, otherwise highly recommended.
