"Only staff behavior is good"

"booked the hotel from the United States, but due to special circumstances my person (guest) could not come, so my money was wasted. There is no fault of the hotel management this happened because of my own person’s busy schedule, which is why I could not be present."

"The hotel, Hotel Ananda Inn, is located outside Gate 5 of Lumbini, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and close to taxi and bus stops. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. Overall, this hotel isn't particularly good, but there aren't any major issues. It's probably above average."

"Very close to Monestaries/Birthplace. Our 2 beds were not available so they showed us some other options. The semi-private cottage was lovey but w/o a fridge. WiFi was strong and gardens were well maintained. Dining room communication was difficult on 1st night but better on other days. Recommend ordering off menu with no special requests or questions. One receptionist was quite helpful…fluent in English. She arranged bag breakfast & transit Non-Stay Note: driver from hotel to border was great but 1 from border to Gorakhpur, India was quite aggressive w/horn & passing cars unsafely."
