"Our room was very handy for the pool and the restaurant and was reasonably quiet. The manager and staff were very courteous and helpful and the manager was able to arrange a Safari at late notice and a tuktuk guide for the ancient city. The Safari guide Zion was excellent as was his driver. The tuktukguide Kumar was also very good."

"I had to ask them to clean up the room again. Room was too warm and air conditioner wasn’t sufficient to manage the heat in the room. Staff is unprofessional and management needs to retrain them for a better customer service. My overall experience was "

"Room was very clean, had a little bit of a strange smell when we first arrived and the bathroom smelled a little bit like drainage. We opened the window in the washroom and kept the door locked so it wasn't a problem. Staff is lovely and has a nice dog as well! We did the Safari through the hotel and it was a great experience! Thank you 🙏 "
