"It’s away from the main building (700 m walk along the road, but there’s a shortcut) in a beautiful area.
We enjoyed our stay, except for the couch. When we both sat on it, it automatically turned into a pull-out bed. Worked well when only one person sat on it.
There’s no shower, but a tub with a handheld shower head. The tub itself was very comfortable. "
"The stuff was great and the hotel is in a middle of a forest which is nice. Breakfast is good too. There are several problems: no water pressure and also the water are very hot or cold. Was really unpleasant to have a shower. The room was not clean (dirty floor) and after I complained must say it didn’t change much. There is no normal sidewalk between the buildings and therefore the mud is everywhere. The design and furniture feel ikea’s cheap.
Considering also the high price - I do not think I worth a visit."
"Tigra Hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re looking to stay near Cēsis. The location is incredibly convenient—just a few minutes from the town center—making it easy to explore the beautiful area while enjoying a peaceful retreat.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, always ready with a smile and great local tips. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for everyone. It really set a great tone for the day.
Overall, Tigra Hotel offers excellent value and a warm, relaxing experience. I’d absolutely stay here again!"
