"We have stayed at this location for the past 7 years. This time was not as amaze as all the other times. Staff was not nearly as friendly. They now have wrist bands to wear for breakfast and pool area. Although I completely agree with that to ensure you are a guest at this facility, you have to turn them end at end of stay for be charged $10 each. So, when we went to turn them in and check out this morning staff acted like we were bothering them to check out. It was just overall not up to previous standards. "
"Good value for the money. Great location on the beach. Not a 5 star resort but not priced as one. The breakfast selection was great. I was there for one night for business and it fit my needs well. The internet did not work in the room in the evening, appeared to be out of bandwidth, but connected in the morning so I was able to get some work done.The facility was clean. Beds are a little noisy (metal frames) but did not hinder sleep. Front desk in the evening was a little slow and seemed understaffed. Overall I would stay again for a similar outing."
"The staff were very helpful and friendly but, my Mother's room wasn't ready for almost two hours after we got there. I was thankful mine and my Husband's room was ready but we came from several hours away and my mother needed to rest and get settled into her handicap accessible room. They offered to give a free night or a food voucher but my Mother does not travel often and this was her last trip to the casino. Very disappointing. We won't be back."
