"Clean and beautiful "

"Fantastic location, great and helpful staff, perfect stay."

"Property was fine. Breakfast was terrible. But the real issue is that it's absolutely infuriating and should be unacceptable to make a reservation for a room with two double beds, drive 12 hours, get there and be greeted with, "Hi, we've moved you and your your wife and two teenagers to a room with a king bed and a pull out. (Smile, with no explanation)" And then when I questioned why my reservation isn't really a reservation, I got the whole "we oversell our properties whatever percent because blah, blah blah" lesson. None of which should be my problem. Then they asked me, "Do you still want to honor the reservation?" Like, what? Do I want to honor the reservation that you aren't honoring? He said it with a straight face. I couldn't believe he said it with a straight face... Apparently he gets lots of practice telling people this. For what people pay to stay at your places, and for whatever hundreds of percent more your executives are being paid than your lowest wage workers, figure something else out other than, "Uh.... I dunno, oversell everything 20% and just ignore the definition of reservation and how hotels have operated since their inception. We only made 7 bazillion dollars last year." Tell me why I would ever make a "reservation with your company again? I know, I know, 'they all do it.' Be the ones who dont. Eff. "

"First room, had to many issues, bathroom floor, needs a lot attention, the bedroom had a smell like someone been smoking in it."

"Everything was great but parking is expensive, not sure why. So we left our car in a parking lot in DC where we found a better deal."

"The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient, and overall the experience was enjoyable. My only concern is that the price has gone up quite a bit, and it is starting to feel a little too pricey for regular stays."

"This didn’t get 4 stars mainly due to the amenities. The “breakfast” is a pretty typical continental and at $22/person was a bit much in our opinion. The sushi bar on top was pretty decent food, but also pretty expensive and it took quite a long time to get any one to serve us as well as get any of our food. We went late at night and they were not packed or busy. Could have been low staffing, but it took a long time for three sushi rolls. The view was phenomenal from the roof though. And the rooms were really clean and for being so tiny, they were spacious where it mattered. We loved being able to control everything in the room with an iPad so we never had to get up to do anything (perfect for our lazy trip). The iPad even had alarms that we could set up that would slowly turn on the lights and open the blinds and play music, which was a phenomenal way to wake up instead of using loud annoying alarms. They even have chromecast on the TVs so we were able to set up our Netflix and watch our shows. Overall we would book again if we came to DC again. It is a very quiet and seemed very safe neighborhood as well. Not walking distance (at least for us) to anything, but like scooters seemed to be parked near by a lot and Ubers were super easy to get.
