"We had two rooms and both had old food in the refrigerators.
No microwave in rooms. We had asked for at least one.
Both bathroom sinks were clogged.
But the heated outdoor pool was fabulous and makes everything else easy to live with!

"Our 7 year old Grandson had a great time. It was crowded since it was during spring break but we were able to manuver even with so many people around. The water park is set up with many tables & chairs and a lot of space for the crowds. Our room was quiet & comfortable and the staff was SO friendly."

"I loved the variety of items fo breakfast. The room was clean and most importantly, the towels were soft and not worn. The entryway leaves a lot to be desired. It should be kept up on a continuous basis throughout the day. The staff was exceptional 👏 "
"1$ Breakfast was good. Would have loved a hot chocolate and oatmeal by the hot water.
#2 Absolutely needs a TOWEL BAR and more HOOKS!!! One little hook was on the door back and held one pair of pants. And one outside the bathroom in the entrance where one coat was on.
So.... Not one place to hang your wet towel at all. Or no place to hang your small towel by the sink.... So I used a1000 towels.
3# They had three liquid dispensors in the tub and two by the sink. How nice!
But Not one of them had a drop of shampoo, creme rinse, or body wash on them. Bottles were empty.
Loved the lemon soap bars.
4# Shower head was damaged.
5# Housekeeping did not have supplies on hand. A toothbrush.
